No Refund Policy

All purchases made on DAR AL UTOOR are final.

We do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and delivered.

Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are only accepted in cases where:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a replacement request, customers must provide:

✅ A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
✅ Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product
✅ Order number and delivery details

The unboxing video is mandatory for claim verification.

Important Conditions

  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The opening process
    • The damaged or incorrect product
  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must remain unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used products
  • Opened products without damage
  • Fragrance preference issues
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Replacement Process

Once the issue is verified:

  • Our team will review the claim
  • Eligible requests may receive a replacement product
  • Replacement processing timelines may vary based on product availability
